I was “hit” by the Ajna and Pyra lights at Edward’s workshop on 8 October 2017. Didn’t expect much if anything to happen as one is a flashing light and the other infra red (that is the very simplified version of the lights, they are much much more than that).

Like the others who attended received two sessions of Ajna lights at different frequencies and two pads of Pyra lights which were placed on shoulder and lower back areas. During these sessions the Pyra light felt as if a fleece had been put over the shoulder area which kept the area warm but the one at the lower back felt as if it wasn’t in the correct place as could not feel much from it.

Immediate effects from these lights were not apparent at all. Just felt good because I had spent time on myself, met interesting people from different walks of life, learned something new and in all had a lovely day.

However, change had taken place I was just unaware of it until I went to sleep, woke up for the regular toilet visit and lifted my legs over the side of the bed, stood up, walked before I realized that I was in very little pain! Returned to bed thinking it wouldn’t last, turned and twisted my body around without the excruciating pain that it normally causes which I moan and groan over due to the soreness/stiffness. I am now 5 days/nights down the road and things have stayed improved!

Before my “light” experience sessions my night in bed for the last few years was one of pain, stiffness and eventual weakening of muscles. On rising out of the bed I would need to rest my hands on my knees and put the weight of my back on them. I would then walk my hands up my thighs until my back was straight enough to take the weight before I could then walk stiffly but with constant stiffness and pain.

The difference between before and after the Ajna and Pyra light sessions have taken me by surprise. I have been relieved of back pain suffered mostly during the night which interrupted sleep leaving me tired for most of the following day. My nights are without pain and I wake up refreshed and ready for whatever is ahead.
